From Valdespino’s Very Old Rare Sherries collection, the solera established towards the end of the 19th Century. As an oloroso, this is aged oxidatively from the start, the result from this process and the number of years in the solera is very little wine. An average of 50 years is spent in the solera despite the minimum requirement for the V.O.R.S. certificate being 50 years. The resulting tiny solera of 8 butts ensures that availability is very limited. A wonderful intense and complex sherry.
