Payment is required when booking all events and tastings with Glengarry.
If you are unable to make the event you must notify us more than 7 days in advance. We can then provide a refund or exchange the value of the ticket for another event. If notified after this date, we will try to sell your ticket to another customer. If we cannot then no refund or exchange will be given.
Exchanging tickets for other events will not be automatic; this is availability dependent.
It's very rare for us to have to cancel an event; if we do, a full refund will be given.
Glengarry encourages responsible drinking and we are unable to serve alcohol to anyone who appears to be intoxicated. At the conclusion of the event our staff can organise taxis or dial a driver for you.
Customers with food allergies should advise us of these when booking. Some events have only a small selection of accompanying food. Everything possible will be done to cater for your requirements, however this is not always possible within the ticket price.
